Shipping questions


Are your products allowed in my country?

WEEDkeychain.com makes no claim that the information and products on the website are available, appropriate or legal outside The Netherlands. All information provided by WEEDkeychain.com, through this website, links to or from other websites or by its employees over the phone, email or any other transmission is purely for educational and informational purposes. This should never be interpreted as a recommendation to undertake a specific action. Using the information for illegal activities is at your own risk. WEEDkeychain.com does not warrant that the information on the website is up-to-date or accurate.

 

Package discretely sent ?

Yes of course !, only your address and a return address are visible on the outside.

 

When will I receive my package?

We will ship your order as soon as we receive your payment. Receipt of your payment may take longer depending on which payment method you have selected.

With Post.nl, our national postal service, delivery time:

  • Netherlands: 1-2 working day

  • European Union: 2-5 working days

  • Rest of the world: 4-10 working days

With DHL (DHL4you), delivery time:

  • Netherlands: 2-3 working days (Monday is not a working day!) 

  • European Union: 5-10 working daysRest of the world: 9-15 working days

** The delivery times on our website are just an indication, there could be many reasons for delays most of them pretty harmless: holidays, traffic problems, etc.

If you have not received the package on time please check your local post-office first before contacting us. Sometimes the postman also leaves your package at your neighbours.

**It is possible that the status of your package is not up to date , and it seems to be no progress in the status stages (international shippings, especially DHL). *

 

Charges for postage and insurance?

Two aspects are relevant:  if the package fits in to a letterbox (that’s cheaper) and the total weight.

Packages: (included registered delivery and insurance till € 500,-)

Our basic (start) charges for postage are: Standard packaging and postage fees, inside:

  • Europe:  €4,95 - orders above €100,- FREE shipping.

  • Outside Europe: €12.50 (Orders above €100,- FREE shipping.

 

Shipping status of your current order?

Some of our packages are sent with a traceable service and can therefore be tracked online. This service is not available for all packages that we send, if the service is available you will receive an email with the tracking number.

It is possible that the status of your package is not up to date , and it seems to be no progress in the status stages (for international shippings , especially  DHL) just check a day later.

 

Sending to a P.O Box address?

Standard International and Registered mail can be delivered to PO Boxes. Registered post will require a signature from a staff-member at the PO Box depot.

**All bank payments are always conducted within the secure environment provided by our payment service provider. At this moment were provide the following paymant methods: Ideal, Bancontact/Mr Cash, Sofort Banking, Bank Transfer, Cash.

  1. IDEAL: you will be re-directed to our provider's payment page, our trading name Emils Shopservice is the name that will appear on your bank statement. (only available in the Netherlands)​

2. Bancontact / Mr Cash ensures easy, safe and reliable payment for Belgian cardholders by utilizing the regular online payment environment based on the security protocols used by your own bank. If you already have online banking facilities you can use Bancontact / Mr Cash directly. There is no need to report it to your bank or install any software. All you need is your unique 17-digit Bancontact card number and the expiry date of your card. 4. Bank transfer : when paying by bank transfer, please make sure to use the IBAN or SWIFT/BIC code where appropriate, and INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER/ ID (REFERENCE CODE). This information will be sent to your e-mail address once you've placed your order on our website. The banks usually take a day or so to process these payments. 5. Cash :  You can pay cash in Euros, US dollars or British Pounds.

What are IBAN and BIC/Swift codes?

IBAN The International Bank Account Number (IBAN) is an international standard for bank transfers made between accounts in different nations. The IBAN was initially developed to facilitate payments within the European Union.

SWIFT  The Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT) operates a worldwide financial messaging network. Messages are securely and reliably exchanged between banks and other financial institutions. Internationally, SWIFT codes are more commonly used than IBAN codes. However, the IBAN codes can be used for transfers between most European banks.

Can I send Cash?

You can pay cash in Euros, US dollars or British Pounds. Please send the payment in an envelope to:

Also don't forget to include your name and order number / ID number. Envelopes sent from countries in Europe usually arrive within 5 or 6 working days, but paying for your order this way remains at your own risk.

* Sending cash is at your own risk. Consider sending it by registered mail. We advise you to send it in a medium sized envelope without coins or any other signs that reveal the contents of the envelope.

 

Product questions


There is something wrong with the product you sent me, can I send it back?

Of course!, we have a money-back guarantee. You can send back any product that happened to be of unsatisfactory quality within 14 days. If possible, please send the product in the original packaging. We will fully refund the product including the shipment costs. Please contact us as soon as possible when you want to send back products. For more information, please read our Return policy.

 

Is this product allowed in my country?

As is stated in our terms & conditions: The products must be legal in the country you order from. All products we sell are legal in Holland, however we cannot check the legal status of a product in every single country. It is your responsibility to check the legal status of a product.

We cannot provide you with any information about how strict the customs of your country are. The laws and rules change quickly and we cannot keep the website up to date regarding this subject. We are very sorry about this.

 

Order questions


Can I cancel my order?

If you have made no payment for your order, you do not need to email us to have it deleted from our system. If we already received your payment your order can only be cancelled if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Please visit your order status page to see if it is still possible to cancel your order.

 

My order is delayed 

We try to ensure that our stock is updated constantly to prevent delay to your order. If your order is subjected to some unexpected delay in our warehouse, we will send you a notification e-mail, followed by direct contact from one of our Customer Support colleagues. If available, we will provide an estimated shipping date or attempt to provide a replacement article.

Should we not have received a response 7 days after our initial contact message, then we will ship out your order as complete as possible and send you a voucher code with the value of the missing product(s).

 

I don’t received my order yet

Occasionally some parcels may be subjected to some unexpected delay in the post. We will ask you to confirm that the parcel has been sent to the correct home address. After 28 days we will file an investigation to locate its current position.

Please note though that once a parcel leaves our warehouse, liability is transfered to the customer. Should a parcel be stopped by customs for example, we simply cannot be held responsible.
